CDLK/CDLKF are non-self-priming multistage centrifugal pumps designed for standard motor installation. The motor shaft is directly connected to the pump shaft via a coupling through the pump head. Pumps can be equipped with intelligent protectors as needed, providing effective protection against dry running, phase loss, overload, etc. To accommodate installation depth in tanks or containers, the pump can be fitted with a hollow section to adjust its length.

CDLK/CDLKF are used for conveying machine tool coolant, lubricants, condensate, industrial cleaning equipment, and other scenarios suitable for submersible Pumps. They work for various temperatures, flow rates, and pressure ranges. CDLK is for non-corrosive liquids, while CDLKF is suitable for mildly corrosive liquids.

They are specifically used for EDM machines, lathes, grinding machines, machining centers, cooling devices, industrial cleaning equipment, filtration systems, and more.

The Pump head of CDLK/CDLKF comes in cast or stainless steel, while all other wetted parts are made of stamped and welded stainless steel plates (304/316), featuring low noise, corrosion resistance, attractive appearance, compact size, smooth operation, easy installation, and long service life.

Installation and Maintenance
Before installation, fill with water and remove air to ensure the pump is fully submerged. Regularly check the filter screen to avoid clogging from debris, and replace the coolant every six months to keep the system clean.
