CDLK Immersion Stainless Steel Multistage centrifugal pump

The CDLK/CDLKF is a non-self-priming multistage centrifugal pump designed for standard motor installation. The motor shaft is directly connected to the pump shaft through a coupling on the pump head. The pump can be equipped with an intelligent protector as needed to effectively guard against dry running, phase failure, overload, and other issues. To accommodate the installation depth of a tank or container, a cavity can be added to change the pump length. The lengths for different stages can be found in the dimensions and weight table and the product range chart.

The pump designed for machine tools is an optimized version of the CDLK immersion multistage centrifugal pump. The pump head and motor front cover are integrated into one piece, and the pump shaft and motor shaft form a single extended shaft, made using friction welding technology, eliminating the need for a coupling and improving the overall transmission efficiency. This enhances the pump's reliability while maintaining the high-performance advantages of the CDLK product, making it energy-efficient and environmentally friendly.

cdlK/cdlKF pumps are used to transport machine tool coolant, lubricating liquid, condensate water, industrial cleaning fluids, and other liquids suited for immersion pumps. They can handle various temperatures, flow rates, and pressure ranges. The cdlK is suitable for non-corrosive liquids, while the cdlKF is suitable for mildly corrosive liquids, commonly used in EDM machines, lathes, machining centers, and industrial cleaning equipment.

The pump head of the CDLK/CDLKF series is available in cast iron and stainless steel, while the remaining flow passages are made of stamped and welded stainless steel plates (304 or 316). They feature low noise, mild corrosion resistance, attractive appearance, smooth operation, and long service life.

Working Principle: Based on centrifugal force, when the motor drives the impeller to rotate, the blades in the impeller spin the liquid. The liquid is thrown from the center of the impeller to the outer edge, enters the volute passage, and is then distributed and discharged through the guide vanes, thus achieving fluid transport.

Pumps are universal mechanical devices used for transporting or pressurizing fluids. Depending on the application, the pumps needed can vary greatly, meaning almost every pump can be customized.
