The structure of an electric vertical multi-stage stainless steel booster pump features a pump body made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, connected by inlet and outlet flanges. The impeller, the core component, consists of multiple blades that convert motor power into liquid kinetic energy for fluid transfer. Bearings support both the impeller shaft rotation and the pump’s weight, utilizing either rolling or sliding bearings for exceptional wear resistance and durability. Two primary sealing methods – packing seals and mechanical seals – prevent internal liquid leakage. With its corrosion-resistant design, the pump’s flow-through sections are crafted from stainless steel, making it suitable for mildly corrosive media while extending service life.

The working principle of the electric vertical multi-stage stainless steel booster pump involves a motor-driven shaft rotation that causes the impeller to rotate. This motion generates centrifugal force within the impeller, propelling liquid from its core to the edge before entering the pump casing. After being backflowed through the casing, the liquid is discharged through the outlet. Simultaneously, a low-pressure zone forms at the impeller’s center, allowing atmospheric pressure to continuously draw liquid from the suction pipe into the impeller, thereby achieving continuous liquid transfer.
