No Negative Pressure Water Supply Equipment
No negative pressure water supply equipment is an energy-saving, efficient, and environmentally friendly method of supplying water. It uses a pressure tank to store water and directly drives the Pump using the pressure of the municipal water supply. When the municipal water pressure reaches a set value (no negative pressure), the Pump automatically stops running via an intelligent controller. When the municipal water pressure reaches the set value (slight negative pressure), the Pump group will automatically start or stop running.
1. Working Principle
The principle of the no negative pressure water supply equipment is: tap water enters the stabilizing tank through the inlet for storage. When peak water usage or off-peak periods occur, the Pump starts working. At this time, the water level in the stabilizing tank drops and fluctuates within a certain range. When water usage decreases or stops, the power switch and inlet/outlet valves are closed. Then, once the water level in the stabilizing tank rises to a certain range, the outlet valve and power switch are turned off. This allows continuous water supply for living and production purposes, even during temporary municipal water interruptions.

① Fully Automatic Intelligent Control
It uses variable frequency speed adjustment, fuzzy PID control algorithms, and a multi-level distributed control system based on fieldbus technology for fully automatic real-time closed-loop regulation and control. (Remote monitoring can be optionally installed according to actual needs.) It intelligently controls water quality and quantity in constant pressure variable water supply. The system includes multiple protection modes: phase loss/overload/short circuit/overvoltage/water shortage shutdown.
