Understanding and application of CHL pump

The CHL Horizontal Pump, specifically the CHL Lightweight Horizontal Multi-stage Centrifugal Pump, features a compact design that saves space while maintaining lightweight construction. Its streamlined structure simplifies installation and maintenance. The pump employs an axial suction and radial discharge configuration to ensure smooth liquid flow with reduced resistance. All critical components are crafted from stainless steel (304 or 316 grades), delivering corrosion resistance and an aesthetically pleasing appearance. The innovative maintenance-free mechanical seal technology effectively prevents leakage, significantly enhancing pump reliability and service life.

The working principle of a CHL pump involves the following process: When the motor drives the shaft-mounted impeller to rotate at high speed, the liquid within the impeller is thrown outward from its center along the flow channels between blades under centrifugal force. This causes simultaneous increases in both pressure and velocity. The liquid then flows through the casing’s flow channels to the next-stage impeller, passing sequentially through all subsequent impellers and the casing. Through this progressive flow, the liquid’s pressure energy continues to increase, ultimately achieving a specific head.

Chlorinated hydrocarbon  CHL pumps  are widely used in various applications. In air conditioning systems, they provide stable circulation of chilled or hot water. For cooling systems, they assist industrial equipment by facilitating heat dissipation to ensure proper operation. In water treatment processes, these pumps enable liquid transportation and pressurization for purification, filtration, and reverse osmosis operations, such as deionized water and softened water circulation with enhanced pressure.
