Pipeline Centrifugal Water Pump

Pipeline centrifugal water pump is a common fluid transportation equipment, which has the characteristics of high efficiency, energy saving, and easy installation. It is widely used in industrial, agricultural, municipal and other fields. When the pump is started, the motor drives the impeller to rotate at high speed, and the blades in the impeller force the fluid to rotate accordingly. Due to the centrifugal force acting on the fluid in the impeller, it is thrown towards the outer edge of the impeller, thereby obtaining velocity energy. A low-pressure zone is formed in the center of the impeller, which attracts the fluid from the inlet pipeline into the impeller and achieves continuous transportation. The fluid accelerated by the impeller enters the pump casing, and the flow rate gradually decreases. The pressure energy is further converted into potential energy, and finally discharged outside the pump through the outlet pipeline.

Pipeline centrifugal water pumps usually adopt a vertical structure, with an integrated motor and pump, occupying a small area. The inlet and outlet of the pump are designed with flanges of the same specifications and located on the same centerline, which can be directly installed on the pipeline like valves, making pipeline layout convenient. The pump is coaxial with the motor for smoother operation and lower noise. Pipeline centrifugal water pumps can be divided into single-stage pumps and multi-stage pumps according to the number of working impellers. Single stage pumps have only one impeller on the pump shaft, while multi-stage pumps have two or more impellers on the pump shaft. According to the connection method between the pump and the motor, it can be divided into coaxial connection, and the pump shaft and motor shaft of coaxial connection are coaxial.
