ISG pipeline pump is a single-stage single suction vertical pipeline centrifugal pump. The pipeline pump has a vertical structure, with the same inlet and outlet diameters and located on the same centerline. It can be installed in the pipeline like a valve, with a bottom angle for installation to increase the stability of the pump. The impeller is directly installed on the extended shaft of the motor, with a short axial dimension and compact structure. The pump and motor bearings are reasonably configured, which can effectively balance the radial and axial loads generated by the pump operation, run smoothly, and have low vibration and noise. The shaft seal of the pipeline pump adopts mechanical seal or a combination of mechanical seals, using imported titanium alloy sealing rings, medium-sized high-temperature resistant mechanical seals, and hard alloy materials. The wear-resistant seal can effectively extend the service life of the mechanical seal.
The installation and maintenance of pipeline pumps are convenient, without the need to disassemble the pipeline system. All rotor components can be extracted by simply removing the pump coupling nut. The pump can also be operated in series or parallel according to the requirements of flow rate and head, or installed vertically or horizontally according to the requirements of pipeline layout.
Pipeline pumps are used to transport clean water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. They are suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressurized water supply, garden irrigation, fire pressure boosting, and equipment matching. Depending on the temperature and medium of use, they can be used in different working conditions.
