Deep well pumps are usually composed of pump body, lifting pipe, transmission shaft, motor and other parts. The pump body is located underground and often adopts a multi-stage impeller series structure, which can generate a high head to meet the needs of deep well water lifting. The lifting pipe is used to connect the pump body and the wellhead, transporting water from underground to the surface. The drive shaft transmits the power of the motor to the impeller of the pump body underground. The motor is usually installed on the ground of the wellhead and connected to the transmission shaft through a coupling.

The motor drives the transmission shaft to rotate, and the transmission shaft drives the impeller of the pump body to rotate. The impeller rotates in the water, generating centrifugal force, which gives energy to the water. The water flows into the impeller along the axial direction and is then thrown out from the impeller outlet. Through the guidance and energy conversion of the guide vane body, the pressure of the water gradually increases, and finally is lifted to the ground through the lifting pipe.

The biggest feature of the deep well pump is that it integrates the motor and pump. Operation, maintenance and servicing

1. During the operation of the electric pump, it is necessary to frequently observe the current, voltmeter and water flow, and strive to operate the electric pump under rated conditions.

2. The valve shall be used to regulate the flow and lift, which shall not be overloaded.

The operation shall be stopped immediately under one of the following circumstances:

1) Current exceeds rated value at rated voltage;

2) Under the rated head, the flow decreases greatly compared with that under normal conditions;

3) The insulation resistance is lower than 0.5 megohm;

4) When the dynamic water level drops to the pump suction inlet;

5) When electrical equipment and circuits are not in accordance with regulations;

6) The electric pump has a sudden sound or large vibration;

7) When the protection switch frequency trips.
