working principle

The steady flow tank type non negative pressure water supply equipment is directly connected with the municipal pipe network, and supplies water in series on the basis of the residual pressure of the municipal pipe network.

Operating principle of equipment

(1) Variable frequency constant pressure water supply: when the water supply volume of the municipal pipe network is larger than the user's water consumption, the constant flow tank type negative pressure water supply equipment supplies water at variable frequency and constant pressure. At this time, a certain amount of pressurized water is stored in the constant flow tank.

(2) Elimination of negative pressure: when the pressure at the connection between the municipal pipe network and the steady flow tank drops due to the increase of water consumption by users, when the pressure drops below the relative pressure 0, negative pressure will be formed in the steady flow tank, the inlet valve of the vacuum suppressor will open, and the atmosphere will enter the steady flow tank. At this time, the steady flow tank is equivalent to an open water tank with free liquid surface. The pressure is the same as the atmosphere, and the negative pressure is eliminated. When the water level drops to the set value, the liquid level controller transmits the control signal to the control system in the frequency conversion control cabinet to control the pressurizing unit to stop working and the user to stop water supply; When the user's water consumption decreases, the water level in the steady flow tank rises, and the gas is discharged from the exhaust valve of the vacuum suppressor. After the pressure returns to normal, the pressurizing unit will restart automatically to restore water supply.

(3)Water cut-off and shutdown function: when the municipal pipe network is cut off, the pressurizing unit will automatically stop operating under the control of the liquid level controller. After the municipal pipe network water supply is restored .
